  1. Submission of this application form does not guarantee admission.
  2. This application form must be duly filled online. For the best experience to fill this online form, we recommend that you use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser. Please keep the below document / info handy before filing this form :
    • Applicant's color passport scanned photo (face view only), 3.5 x 4.5 cms ( 413 x 531 px ) preferably JPEG , max size 1 MB ( not in any uniform ).
    • Scanned copy of Aadhar card in JPEG/PDF format, maximum size 2 MB
    • Scanned copy of Std. 10 Mid-term/ Prelims exam marksheet or Final Exam marksheet, attested by the Head of the Institution last attended, in JPEG/PDF (max size 2 MB).
    • Net banking, Credit, Debit card or UPI details for online payment of application processing fee
    • A valid and working personal email account and mobile phone no.
  3. It is advisable to complete and submit the application for processing, in one sitting. You may, if necessary, use the 'Save and Continue Later' feature to save your partial application and continue later using the resume link which is sent to the email you specify. This link will expire in a weeks time or when the online application closes, whichever is earlier.
  4. St. Francis Composite PU College, Koramangala does not authorize any third party agents or person for admission process. Applicants are cautioned against SMS/Email from unauthorized / unknown sources promising / confirming admissions.
  5. All the information regarding the admission dates, procedure, shortlisted and confirmed applicants list, fees payment dates etc., will be communicated via the College email / office.
  6. A valid & working e-mail should be specified to receive completed application by e-mail after submission. Also a contact mobile number to be provided here. All e-mails in relation to this admission process from the college are sent from @stfrancispucollege.com domain only.
  7. An application processing fee of Rs. 300 + payment gateway charges will be levied after clicking Submit Button. Payment can be done using Netbanking, Credit, Debit Card or UPI.
  8. The submitted application will be processed on successful payment of the application fees online in the last step. The system will forward the completed application pdf to the applicant's email specified below on successful payment. If the payment is aborted or unsuccessful, your application will not be processed.
  9. The selected applicant will be informed via an email / office within a week from the date of submission of the application form for further admission process.
  10. Admission is confirmed only when the uniform fees and first instalment of the college fees is paid on or before the date notified via the college email / office
  11. Admission granted by the college is provisional and is subject to the approval of the Pre-University Board. As the number of seats is limited, the course requested by the applicant may or may not be granted. Hence, the decision of the Principal will be final on matters regarding the selection of course and admission.

  4. Migration Certificate (for students from ICSE, CBSE, other Boards or other States)
  5. If SC/ST/OBC Category – Caste and Income Certificate

Please Note: The original certificates will be retained by the college till the end of the academic course for verification by the PU Board.
